Fot some reason I cannot even download the app.. It simply crashes :(

Downloaded but cant see the app. Why?

Please fix the app!!!!!!

I had to download and reinstall this app several times because the country and language option for US English was not installing. The app is super slow when you switch between categories. I gave up and wont use it again. Please improve.

With every picture you open it tells you to rate the application!! Its freaking annoying

Easy to shop

This app is easy to use and navigate. However I am disappointed that you cannot access your account (check on order status, etc) with this. You have to use a web browser to check those information. Also, the inventory is not real time, I just recently tried to buy a pair of shoes with my size. It says at the option that it is available, but once at checkout, it disappears from my cart, meaning it is out of stock. At the end of the day, it finally got updated showing it is out of stock. Ive also experienced some glitches when using this app like hanging on certain pages, etc. But overall, I would still use this to shop at Mango. Also because their store in LA has closed for good. :(

Easy to to use. I love the app

Love the app because its easy to maneuver. The only issue I have ha that it doesnt provide measurements for accessories such as purses. This applies to clothes too. On the Urban Outfitters app the description tells you the size the model is wearing and her height. Mango does provide the models height (but its not in feet). I know its a Spanish brand but some of us get a bit confused with the European measurements. With that given being said, it would be easier for us buyers to decide which size would look better on us if those minor changes were applied. Finally its not easy to track your orders through the app, that is a major blow.

It crashes all the time. When I add or delete items it doesnt show changes in shopping bag, and crashes every time I do that. And I cant add up all items Ive put in bag from different devices, even though Im logged in. It doesnt tell you whether the item youve added is available or not either. Plus, my home address is accepted everywhere but Mango, they say its not in New York, thus they cancelled my order one day later. Same thing happened on their website too. It seems Mango just wanna stop me from buying their stuff online.

Works much better than the website. If u like to shop mango this app is the way to go
